Rich & Helen | Barn Wedding in Buckinghamshire

We had such a great time photographing this gorgeous barn wedding in Buckinghamshire - well actually, the wedding was in two counties as the church was in Hertfordshire! 

Helen and her bridesmaids started off the day getting ready at her house in Watford, and the house was full of beautiful flowers and the bridesmaids’ gorgeous light blue dresses. Meanwhile Rich and the guys welcomed guests at the church, Christchurch Chorleywood. Their service was wonderful, with a unique and hilarious sermon by Rich’s dad where he invited all the guests to Rich and Helen’s 60th anniversary party in 2079! The confetti followed, and with so many guests it was pretty epic!! 

We then drove to Monkton Barn, where there were outdoor games, a sweet cart and beautiful canapés by Feast Catering. I went for 2 short photo walks with Helen and Rich, one mid-afternoon and one at golden hour - and wow what a golden hour it was! We were very lucky! Their marquee was decorated beautifully, with large hoops made from leaves, flowers and candles all over the tables, and the starter was on curved wooden platforms. It was such a fun afternoon and evening, with the dance floor filled with incredible music by The Killer Groove.
