Including postcode and any other important information I need to know - e.g. it's on private land/signposted incorrectly/only accessible by boat...
If possible, please reserve a parking space for me as I will need to get inside as quickly as possible, and leave speedily afterwards for your couple portraits/reception.
I usually shoot from the front of the ceremony so please let me know if they've said I need to be at the back or side instead.
I recommend buying paper-based confetti (large pieces look great in photos). Real petals are lovely but fall very quickly, whereas paper 'floats' for longer and looks better in photos!
(Answer only needed if your ceremony is in a different location to the reception)
We can discuss this in more detail when we have our pre-wedding chat.
Two people ideally. Usually a sibling or cousin from each side, who can identify and round up the members of your families!
Up to a maximum of 10 family combinations, as each group can take 3-5 minutes to organise. I will print copies of your list to give to the helpers. I will do bridesmaid & groomsmen photos too (not counted as part of the 10 family groups).
I am very happy to come up with location ideas, but please let me know if you'd like me to find somewhere other than your ceremony or reception venue.
(If different to ceremony/reception location)
I recommend 25-30 minutes in the afternoon, and an extra 10-15 minutes during/after your meal if you'd like some beautiful golden hour photos (if your wedding's in the summer!)

Please ask your caterers if I can be served at the same time as you so that I'm ready to photograph the speeches, and not still eating when you've finished! It would also be great to do a few more couple portraits once you and I have eaten. Also, I have no dietary requirements/allergies. Please let me know which room I should go to have my break and eat.
If applicable.
Please tell me about any surprises so that I can be ready with my cameras! You can email me privately if one of you has a secret surprise for the other!
The following information is so that I can tag your suppliers in blog posts/social media or contact them if necessary.
It also means that I can recommend them to my future clients!
Please could I have their contact details so that I can contact them before the day.
After your wedding...
If this changes, please inform me ASAP
I can send it to both of you or just one - please write the address(es) below.
